"Trainer," "coach," "specialist," "movement therapist," "body mechanic," "evil genius." These are just some of the things I've been called over my 20 years in the fitness industry. Hi, my name is Jordan Bellish, I'm a personal trainer and a strength & conditioning coach, and I've had a deep-seated love for fitness and athletics my whole life. It all started while growing up in New York playing baseball and basketball since elementary school. As I got older I noticed how the extra work I put in the gym would translate to increased performance on the field and court. This naturally blossomed into a career in personal training while still a senior in college.


The start of my career sparked an unrelenting curiosity about how the human body works. This led to dozens of courses and workshops through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA), the Equinox Fitness Training Institute (EFTI) and many others. However, my expertise is not only limited to the body. My degree in psychology has also taught me how to strengthen the mind. Through various tactics I've learned how to increase people's dedication, discipline, effort and resilience. It's amazing to see what the body can achieve when in the right frame of mind. I've implemented these methods for my own fitness endeavors while training and competing in Olympic Lifting and Strongman competitions. These methods have had great success for myself and many clients of mine, including athletes and celebrities, and I know they can work for you too. Whether you need the trainer, the coach, the therapist, the mechanic, or the evil genius, we'll work together every step of the way to find the best combination to get you where you want to be.

I've been training with Jordan for 18 years and I don't know what I'd do without him. My work and lifestyle can be very hectic so I've tried every option he has.
